Problem
Reebok Sports Club, a premium gym, needed to enhance its online experience for both members and potential clients.
With two locations, various staff, products, services, and equipment, the challenge was to create a clear and user-friendly experience.
Solution
Following several workshops with the client and users, we designed a web app that allows users to book available classes, view options at both locations, and access detailed information about instructors and classes.
The main challenge in the user experience was ensuring that booking classes, purchasing services, and hiring a personal trainer were intuitive and seamless, while maintaining the brand's premium image. Class booking was particularly complex due to the numerous combinations of class types, instructors, and schedules.
