Increase density on Post Composer

We identified a potential issue when users were commenting or replying to posts. To address this, I redesigned the comment composer to open in a half-sheet, allowing users to view the post or previous comments while composing. This led to noticeable improvements in the quality and relevance of comments.

Results

+5% directional improvement for comment created

Social proof post annotations

We implemented annotations on post cards to enhance content readability in the community feed and tested their impact on social proof. The results showed promising improvements, indicating the value of continuing to invest in social proof strategies. Based on these findings, we will retain the suggested post and social proof annotations, while removing the generic labels like "Hot," "Trending," and "Popular."

Results

Social proof annotations show >10% directional improvement to comments created. Generic annotations showed no impact on comments created.
